Collinsville Police Officer Wileman arrives in Houston today for cancer treatment

Collinsville Police Officer Andy Wileman and his wife Rebecca, an Owasso Police Communications Officer arrived in Houston today for Andy's first bout of treatment at MD Anderson Hospital. He was recently diagnosed with aggressive stage four melanoma.

This treatment has an 80% remission rate if he can survive the devastating effects of the “medicine”.  Unfortunately, his insurance will only go so far.  He will likely have as much as $100,000 in out of pocket costs.

Friends and family are joining with the community to give Andy a fighting chance at survival.  Officer Wileman has dedicated his life to serving and protecting others. This is your chance to help him.

A new website has been set up to keep everyone updated on Andy's condition, and informed on upcoming fund-raising activities. You can also make a donation to his medical fund directly from the website.  Visit :www.andywilemanbenefitfund.com.

Current fundraisers include:
  • Oct 11 Chili’s Owasso – 10% sales go to Andy
  • Oct 22 Sapulpa – FOP Golf Tournament for Andy
  • Oct 23 – Poker Run – Silver Dollar CafĂ© – Collinsville
All help is appreciated, whether it is a cash donation to the bank account set up in Andy’s name at the AMERICAN BANK OF OKLAHOMA in Collinsville , or a product or service donation to be offered as a door prize, raffle or auction item.

Again thank you for supporting our cause and helping this family in need.
